Our shipping

All orders are carefully shipped from Belgium.

We deliver throughout Europe so everyone can enjoy the freshness and quality of KIKI.KEFIR.

 • The Netherlands
 • France
 • Germany
 • Luxembourg
 • and other European countries

For deliveries outside Europe, you can always contact us.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on your location and your order.

We strive to keep our shipping as transparent and fair as possible.

Processing & shipping

We aim to ship your order within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Each order is packaged with care to preserve the quality of your KIKI.KEFIR as well as possible.

Delivery

The exact delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and your location.
You will always receive a clear indication in your shipping confirmation.

Track your order

As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with:
 • your personal tracking number
 • your estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours before tracking information becomes visible.

Responsibility for delivery

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping service, further delivery falls under their responsibility.

KIKI.KEFIR cannot be held liable for delays, incorrectly delivered, or lost packages.

We recommend that you first contact the shipping service if there are issues. If that does not resolve it, we are of course ready to support you.

Undeliverable shipments

A package can be marked as undeliverable or returned for reasons such as:
 • an incorrect or incomplete address
 • no access to the home
 • absence at delivery

Once the issue is resolved, we are happy to ship your order again at the same shipping cost as the original shipment.
