Refund policy

At KIKI.KEFIR, we find it important that you order with a good feeling. That’s why we apply an honest and transparent returns and warranty policy.

Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days after receipt. If you are not satisfied with the quality, finish, or appearance of a product, you can return it and choose:
 • an exchange, or
 • a refund

The refund includes the purchase amount including the original shipping costs.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund as soon as possible via the original payment method.

Legal Warranty
All products purchased through our webshop are covered by the legal warranty of 6 months, in accordance with Belgian consumer legislation.

This warranty covers manufacturing and conformity defects, but not damage due to incorrect use, wear, or external influences.

How do you request a return or exchange?
Contact our customer service in advance and always mention your order number.

This form is not mandatory, but can be used if desired.
